In light of the Copenhagen summit and the widening gap between industrialized nations, developing nations, and the rest of the global South, this event will examine the political, economic, and cultural impacts of climate change. Featuring Michael Dorsey, Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies, Dartmouth University, and Allan Frei, Deputy Director, CUNY Institute for Sustainable Cities and Associate Professor of Geography, Hunter College, CUNY.

Moderated by Ashley Dawson, Associate Professor of English, the Graduate Center, CUNY.
